All the tables were dirty and the place was dirty. Went to the counter and ask the manager can she sent someone to clean a table for me, and she was hanging me a rag and I laughed 😅 and told her to do her job ,I don't work here and she came to the table with attitude and cleaned 2 tables and went back to kitchen. And there was a party there joking and not doing their jobs!!! I ordered the food and it was all cold 🥶 then it was a problem to reheat , so I told them to give me new hot food
Honestly pretty disappointing McDonald’s in my opinion. The wait time is significantly longer than other McDonald’s. The food is pretty good as typical. There is seating inside, and the space is pretty nice. Service was okay just slow. The McDonald’s is located near the 168 St Station with A/C/1 trains. Would come back in the area for some fast food.
I ordered to pick up this morning through the app and when I got home I realized they got me the wrong items. All the order was wrong and I’m trying to call all the customers support sites and nothing is available today. Horrible customer service and you can’t trust when ordering you need to check everything twice in the store because the employees over may not pay attention to you.
